Fierce Femme Fitness offers intimate fitness for all women to strengthen pelvic floor & organ health, embody erotic energy, boost self-esteem & confidence, enhance libido, stamina, sexual satisfaction & so much more!

 

Our mission is to support & empower women by embracing our femininity through movement. We prioritize body awareness, mobility, somatic sensual stretching, erotic dance workout, all while strengthening, conditioning & enhancing overall intimate health & wellness for the mind, body & soul.

 

No dance, yoga or pilates experience needed. All fitness levels welcome & beginner friendly!

Physical Health and Wellness

Engaging & strengthening our pelvic floor improves health and function of all pelvic organs such as the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, vagina, bladder and rectum.

With somatic awareness during erotic workouts, we learn how to move our bodies more fluidly while targeting & engaging specific bone structures & muscle groups. Not only benefitting the pelvic organs, Intimate fitness is a full body workout, including stretching, lengthening and strengthening exercises. 

 

Intimate Fitness helps prevent any medical problems that may occur during pregnancy, after childbirth, or with age. It also helps with recovery from any concerns that may have happened postpartum or with age. Intimate fitness also helps relieve pain or discomfort with the menstrual cycle or menopause.

Intimate Fitness also improves the female sexual pleasure and arousal response for enhanced personal pleasure & intimate experiences.

Mental Health and Wellness

Your body stores stress & trauma. When we hold stress & trauma physically, we become tight, rigid, stiff and closed off.

 

In this condition, our bodies send signals to our brain, sending the message that we feel depressed, angry, & tired. We don't feel good. We have a higher risk for injury, longer recoveries, illness, chronic health conditions & chronic pain.

 

When our bodies are in motion, we cycle out stress & trauma. We are open, healing, fluid & receiving.

 

In this condition, our bodies send signals to our brain, relaying the message that we are happy, energetic, & capable of managing stressors more easily.

 

We are healthy, & we feel good. We have a lower risk of illness, injury, & are more likely to have faster recovery time. We are less prone to chronic health conditions & chronic pain.

Mental Health & Physical Health are connected and both need to be maintained and cared for regularly. There is no end point for health and healing, it's an on-going process, as we are continually a work in progress. Let's keep moving!
